Haboob pt 2 7-18-2011

(Maricopa, AZ 7-18-2011) Maricopa was hit by another haboob today. The dust storm hit the city around 5pm. The cloud casued a major accident south of the city on I-8 as it headed north towards Phoenix. Rescue vehicles were hindered by lack of visibility. They had at least one victim that normally would have been airlifted, however the lingering winds prevented helicopter traffic.
